These are the first words that come to mind when Alan and Joy Tiedeman are mentioned; owners of Gold Star Services; but who are they?

Joy is a working mother and grandmother. She grew up in the Christian faith and has been a hard-working woman since the age of 12. Additionally, Joy has worked in the business field for 10+ years, with a degree in Business Management.

Alan is a father and grandfather.  He has worked his entire adult life and found his calling after a building fire that took everything his family had, which left them with nothing.  Alan and Joy had to rebuild their lives from scratch.

Because of this experience, Alan decided to go into business providing cleaning and restoration services so that no family would ever feel like he and Joy did.  “A family should have someone to turn to and to be in their corner during the most stressful time of their lives.”  This is the mission of Alan and Joy.

Alan has multiple licenses and certifications, an accredited member of the BBB, and holds the super service award through Angie.

With their combined experiences, awards and certifications, Alan and Joy are the perfect team for all cleaning and restoration needs.

They also volunteer in their community, church, and businesses.
